COMMENT     A 36 kDa enzyme present on the inner membrane of E. coli.  Residue
            Cys21 in the substrate is alkylated on sulfur with the
            R-COOCH2-CH(OCO-R)-CH2- group.  The enzyme is inhibited by the
            antibiotic globomycin.
