REACTION    Preferential cleavage: hydrophobic, preferably aromatic, residues

            trypsinogen.

COMMENT     From the imperfect yeast Rhodotorula glutinis. Formerly included

            imperfect fungus Paecilomyces varioti.
            Formerly EC 3.4.99.15.
