Council

The Council

On behalf of the members, IOPI is governed by an elected Council (one-third of whose membership is replaced annually) and its projects are each organized by an appointed committee, which is responsible to the Council but with considerable devolved executive power. In turn, working groups of specialists from around the world report to the committees on particular aspects of the projects.
