SOCIETY AND ASSOCIATION EVENTS
To register for a Society/Association Event, check the appropriate box on the Registration Form and include the cost for ticketed events with your other fees. Tickets will be included in the packet you will pick up at on-site check-in. Refunds will be granted after the Congress if the event is 1.) cancelled for any reason or 2.) a written request for cancellation is submitted by the participant and received in the Secretariat Office no later than July 16, 1999.
Please indicate on the Registration Form if you prefer vegetarian meals.
