The abstracts you may find here are the contents of the IBC database as of 6 July 1999. All lists were sorted nearly alphabetically according to the ascii character set as implemented for Windows. Therefore all special characters are found after the end of the alphabet, so don't despair searching for words with foreign spelling - they may be found at unexpected places. The database contents were converted to HTML-files by K. Stüber, Cologne.
