Many palm enthusiasts will tell you this is the most exciting Syagrus. It is quite fast growing, reasonably
tolerant of cold, and with a distinctive swollen base making it instantly recognizable. Requires a rich soil,
plenty of moisture at the roots and feed from time to time.
