Sabal etonia

Synonymy: Unknown Distribution: Florida, USA
Common names: Scrub palmetto Conservation status: Threatened

An interesting Sabal from the USA; it is unfortunately rarely cultivated. This is a shame because with its
yellow/green fan shaped leaves, and easy care nature, it grows very well as a house plant in a bright spot,
or in the sunny conservatory. Gritty soil, adequate water, and a very occasional feed will keep it happy.
