BCM Search Launcher - Protein Secondary Structure Prediction
It has a selection of 2D prediction applications including some Transmembrane prediction applications SOUSI, TMpred.

DAS
Transmembrane Prediction server, it will predict transmembrane regions of a query sequence.

HMMTOP
an automatic server for predicting transmembrane helices and topology of proteins

TMbase
a database of transmembrane proteins and their helical membrane- spanning domains.

TMpred
this This predicts membrane-spanning regions and their orientation. The algorithm is based on the statistical analysis of TMbase, a database of naturally occuring transmembrane proteins
