COMMENT     The enzyme from Dictyostelium sp. brings about phosphorylation of
            the heavy chain of Dictyostelium myosin, inhibiting the actin-
            activated ATPase activity of the myosin.  One threonine residue
            in each heavy chain acts as acceptor.
