ICTE Tropical Research Scholarship: Graduate research scholarship available to M.S. or Ph.D. student who is conducting research in the tropics in ecology, conservation, or systematics. Applicants must submit a current curriculum vitae, description of proposed research, budget and budget justification. Applications due in March. Value up to $3000, nonrenewable.

Jane and Stanley Birge Tropical Research Scholarship: Graduate research scholarship available to M.S. or Ph.D. student who is conducting research in the tropics in ecology, conservation, or systematics. Applicants must submit a current curriculum vitae, description of proposed research, budget and budget justification. Applications due in March. Value is variable, nonrenewable.

John Denver Memorial Scholarship in Tropical Ecology: Graduate research scholarship available to M.S. or Ph.D. student who is conducting research in the tropics in ecology, conservation, or systematics. Stephen Mitchell Doyle Scholarship Fund in Tropical Ecology: Graduate research scholarship available to M.S. or Ph.D. student who is conducting research in the tropics in ecology, conservation, or systematics. Applicants must submit a current curriculum vitae, description of proposed research, budget and budget justification. Applications due in March. Value up to $750, nonrenewable.

Parker-Gentry Research Fellowship: Graduate research scholarship available to Latin American M.S. or Ph.D. student conducting field research in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Guyana or Peru. Applicants must submit a current curriculum vitae, description of proposed research, budget and budget justification. Applications due in January. Value ranges from $2000 - 2500.

Mutual of Omaha Marlin Perkins Scholarship: Undergraduate Biology major who has demonstrated academic excellence and will have senior standing when the scholarship is applied. Recipient will have a desire to work in wildlife conservation, natural resources, environmental education or some other related field or have demonstrated an interest in these areas through extra curricular activities. Must be nominated by Biology faculty. Value $1000, nonrenewable.
