To observe the seeds of Rhododendron with scanning electric microscope and get clear photos. According to original experience, combined the works at present. I picked up 4 main form characteristics of Rhododendron Seeds to describe. There are form, size, wine and rib. The form feature of 3 subgenera in Rhododendron genus, 5 sections and 39 subsections amounted to 214 classified groups. Pointed out that the seeds type among subgenus is different, obviously not so clear among sections or subsections. But each classified group (species, subspecies, variety and forma) in each subsection or section can be distinguished according to the difference of seeds form feature. In view of these reasons. I made out the distinction of Kew to the subgenera and to the species (subspecies, variety and forma) in section or subsection.
