XVI International Botanical Congess

The investigation of present state steppe phytocenuses of the Kotayk region of Armenia and revealing the changes caused by antropogene faactors during the past period (1946-1998) are field of my experience. The conducted investigations enable us to map out measures of improvement, which, in conjunction with rational utilization regimes, will provide the possibility not only to preserve, but also to restore the pastures practically to their initial state.
