Successful relation of phytoindication of agrocenoses can be provided by developing of equivalent test-systems and selecting organisms for analysis of complex effects of pollutants. Test for pollen sterility used for screening of wild species revealed correlation between pollen sterility and existence of chromosomal aberration in flower plants, growing in contaminating territory, proves to be a good phytoindicator of potential mutagenes. For this test it is important to elaborate the standards of comparison and selection of suitable spices. Wild spices of flowers, grown on the comparatively clear territory of botanical garden of Kuban State Agrarian university were used as the standard. As bio-testers for estimation the effects of agrochemical and other pollutant on agroecosystem by means on pollen test, recommended species, should meet the following requirements: high level of fertility, easy identification, wild spread character, large and easy identified pollen, absence of abnormalities in male generative sphere.
