Wild 2n Fragaria species are good model object to study the effects of damaging factors for their reproductive plasticity and high radio resistance. Analysis of wild populations Fragaria viridis L. of the East Ural Irradiated Zone (recultivated districts and regions with chronical remain levels of irradiation of 10, 300, 500, 500 and 3000 Ku/km2sec) shows the differences in frequency and structure of embryolethality. They are - 46,25%, 59,51%, 88,17%, 70,86%, 59,95% respectively. The high dozes resulted the phenomena of false radiostimulation" due more rapid elimination of injured genotypes. In control wild populations (Novosibirsk and Salair) embryolethality was about 45%. So what the embryolethality is used for the ecological monitoring the natural embryolethality level should be taken into account as it is one of the mechanism of the evolution and biodiversity kept by a system lethal genes.
