THE STRUCTURE OF THE VEGETATION OF THE TAILING PONDS DAMS

The tailing ponds are qualitative new formations. The stony slopes of tailing ponds dams have different age and differ by conditions of moisture. Majority singling out syntaxons belong to the ruderal plants and only three - to the steppe plants. The new association Lotietum ucrainicus unite phytocoenosis of special site, with have specific soil conditions. The ruderal vegetation fall under the classes of Asteretea tripolium, Cakilitea maritimae, Agropyretea repentis, Artemisietea vulgaris, Chenopodietea, Sicalitea. The woody vegetation fall under the class of Robinietea. The large quantity of associations of the ruderal vegetation (14) stipulate by variety of ecological factors, mainly by degree of moisture. This vegetation include pioneer, serial and secondary communities. The number of species in a phytocoenosis is slight, but floristic composition of the ruderal vegetation is large.
