The purpose of introduction to conserve the native plants which old great potential of nutritions, medicinal, ornamental, technical and energy bioresources. In solving this problem at the present stage several issues seem to be of importance: the studying of cause and effect relationships between living conditions of plants introduced in a new environment and peculiarities of their growth and development, elaboration of means which can help the introduced plants become resistant to adverse environmental conditions, further elaboration of theoretical issues of plant introduction based on experience and factual material on regularities in speciation and form creation, variability and heredity, tolerance and adaptation to new environmental conditions, both in ontogenetic and phylogenetic aspects, presentation of data obtained for every introduce plant in monographic form, including characteristics of growth and development, ontogenesis, sexual and vegetative propagation, seed productivity, and hardiness in a new habitat, there are the indices determined the appropriateness of introduction to be used to protect biodiversity.
