In breeding and genetic investigations so far predominate analytic approach that is study of separate characters. However, complex of characters, determining productivity, be represent compound system, elements of which co-ordinately react upon change ecological conditions. For breeding it is important the all of phenotype on the whole, therefore it is necessary careful analysis and calculation of genotypical correlations of separate components of productivity of plants for determine mechanisms of integration these components. Studies of structure and character genotypical interrelations of quantitative traits determining productivity of rice (Oryza sativa L.) in Southern Pribalkhashie and under varied area of supply of plants revealed that the strength and structure of the interrelations between the yield components largely depend upon the environmental conditions. The considerable size of relation between weight of grain on the main panicle and grain productivity of plant alloved to recomendate this trait as marker for selection on yield. The selection on the weight of 1000 grain will be to reduce weight of grain on the main panicle, productivity of plant and to raise of the shooting of plant.
