POLLEN GRAINS OF RHAMNACEAE FAMILY FROM VALLEY OF MEXICO

Pollen grains of Rhamnaceae family from Valley of Mexico are studied, the taxa are: Adolphia infesta, Ceanothus buxifolius, C. coeruleus, Condalia mexicana, C. velutina, Rhamnus mucronata and R. serrata this last with a variety. Pollen grains usually are tricolporate, spheroidals or subprolates, psilate, reticulate or sriate with polar view angular. Adolphia infesta pollen has the ornamentation psilate, pollen of Ceanothus buxifolius and C. coeruleus is spheroidal, psilate and scabrate, on Condalia mexicana and C. velutina is spheroidal and scabrate, on Rhamnus mucronata and R. serrata pollen resulted in the first spheroidal and slightly striate and on R. serrata is spheroidal and foveolate. Pollen grains of this family display few differences, are enough homogeneus.
