THE GENUS POA L. IN SIBERIAN FLORA

M. Vladimirovna Olonova, Krylov Herbarium, Tomsk State University, Tomsk, Russia.

The huge territory of Siberia is studied rather bad in botanical respect. The taxonomy of genus Poa L. is one of the most difficult due to wide spreading the hybridization and apomixis. The report is devoted to taxonomy and evolution of the Siberian group of Poa which numbers 50 species and 3 subspecies. There were discussed the questions of the genus forming history in Siberia. There were used methods of plant anatomy (including the scanning electron microscopy for the study the surface of the polen grains and anthers), ecology, botanical geography and phenetic, the investigation of variability of the species on the population level and the processing the data using the statistic and multyvariate methods. There are numerated 6 relicts of different age in Siberian flora. This study made the specias limites and geographical spreading of Siberian Bluegrasses more exact. There were studied the reiting of characters, ones geogrphical spreading and accumulating in the populations. This data were used for conclusions about relationship among specias and the ways of evolutions of Poa. There were proposed the nex taxonomic combinations and phylogenetic cyagram of Bluegrasses evolution.
