OIL POLLUTION AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE SOIL MICROMYCETES

A widespread reason of soil violation in Bashkortostan is extraction, transportation and refinement of fossils. Soaking into the soil they make the microbial cenosis eliminate. Microscopic fungi is an important component of microbocenosis. The influ ence of different doses oil pollution on the complex of micromycetes was studied in the laboratory and field terms. Fungi flora of dark-grey wood soil distinguishes 67 species of micromycetes ,referring to 38 genus. Fungi of Penicillium genus in the test soil made up 48% of all the yielded forms. Its number in the polluted soil increased from 52,4% to 72,3% (depending on the dose of pollution). The representatives of Aspergillus go next. Other genus were rarely found. High doses of oil (up to 15- 25) evoked regeneration of typical micromycetes complex. Penicillium funiculosum, Aspergillus terreus, P.janthinellum, which are not typical for these soils dominated in the polluted soil. Oil components stimulate the growth of P.martensii, P.cyclop ium, P. biforme, P.lanosum, Aspergillus glaucus. Trichoderma viridae genus becomes rare. That is, non-typical species increase, dominating ones decrease and phytotoxic forms appear: P.funicylosum, P.cyclopium, P.janthinellum, P. piceum, P.viriable, P.glaucus and others.
