In fact plants have been used as medicines by man since time immemorial. Wild medicinal herbs are limited, we must think about preservation of biodiversity, so actual is propagation in vitro. Micropropagation of plants give us high quality of material, bacteria and heavy metals controlled. Plant biotechnology is comercially exploited on a large scale. One of the important medical plant are present by Fabaceae family. Genus Coronilla due to the occurance in several species of cardiac glycosides and coumarin compounds. Most of this species in wild population didn't formed uniform vegetation, so it is difficult to obtain large quantatives of plant material and micropropagation is advisable to satisfy the human needs in large quatities. Also we can regulate receiving of the necessary plant by the way of micropropagation.
