POSSIBILITY OF BARK ANATOMY FEATURES USAGE IN PLANT SYSTEMATICS

Diagnostic and systematic significance of bark (consisting mainly of secondary phloem) anatomy features was prooved by the study of all Coniferae and several Angiospermae families (Betulaceae, Fagaceae, Fabaceae, Caprifoliaceae, Oleaceae, Rosaceae). Our study has enlarged data on anatomical diversity of wood plants bark and showed the expediency of the received data usage to define systematic position of different rank taxons inside the families.
