Multiaspect analysis of morphological characters of flowers and stones in a wide range of samples from Prunus species was made. The main tool of such analysis were information mathematical models. We used the models for the analyzing intraspecific variability. For the elaborating the models of complex characters, we used a mathematical theory of states of complex natural objects, and a special dB management system ANBANK. The theory is based on the method of statusmetry. The comparison of intraspecific groups of samples was made according to the stone and flower characters, 96 and 78 parameters, respectively. After the analysis, a very limited number of parameters valid for elaborating models for each species left. These models were used for grouping the initial samples. The application of statusmetry helped to intensify the work with the dB and to confirm the existence of intraspecific taxa.
