In the experiments were used hypocotiles, cotiledones, internodes and calluses formed on the end of microshoots. Explants were placed on medium with high concentration of one macroions without changing the level of the others in combination with BAP. High level of BAP(5mg/l) was best for morphogenes of parts of seeds: hypocotiles and cotiledons. But best objects for morphogenes were callus and internode, what formed buds on low concentration of citocinine(1-2mg/l). Ion K+ was the most important for morphogenes of all explants (80-90% of morphogenes), for callus were also important ions PO4-3, NH4+, Ca+2 On the medium with high level of ion K+ it was formed more quantity of buds on explant, best results was obtained for callus, what formed 58 buds on explant. Influence of cytocinine was more effective on medium with best combination of macroions and influence of ions increased on mediums with optimum concentrations of BAP.
