Radial oxygen profiles with Clark-type microelectrodes are used to provide a comparison of internal oxygen levels in the sub-apical region of aerenchymatous and non-aerenchymatous Maize (Zea mays LG11), and Mangrove spp (Rhizophera stylosa, Ceriops tagal).
