LIFE FORMS OF VIOLA OF THE RUSSIAN FAR EAST

The genus Viola in flora of the Russian Far East number 46 species and have only of the herbaceous life forms (LF). Four basic model of shoot formation (MSF) of perennial herbs are described, reflecting the different ways in which the systems of shoots are formed during the ontogenesis. I. Sympodial semi-rosette MSF in genus Viola is represented 2 LF: short-rhizomatous (SR) polycarpic (P) (4 species), long-rhizomatous (LR) P (2) II. Sympodial longshoot (1LF): SRP (1) III. Monopodial rosetted (6LF): mainrootous P with rosetted shoot and axilary single flowers (1), SRP with rosetted of schoot and axilary single flowers (16), LRP with rosetted shoot and axilary single flowers, LRP with rosetted of shoot and axilary long of flower-bearing shoots (4), SRP with rosetted of shoot and long axilary of flower-bearing shoots (6) VI. Monopodial longshoot (1LF): LRP with one leave and axilary flower in node of monopodial growing rhizome (3).
