The species composition of melanconial fungi not specially studied in Azerbaijan territory. Existing information on all micofloristic works are odded and incomplected (Huseinova, Kanigyna, 1983). At present there are 142 species from 18 genera belonging to Melanconiales in the herbarium of the Institute. The fungi collected on 90 flower plant from the nothern-east and west regions. The genera of Gloeosporium Desm. et Mont (39 sp.) and Cylindrosporium (31 sp.) predominate among them by number of species. Their intensive grow was observed in the end of summer and in the first monthes of autum. Fungi species collected from different: low, middle, and hight mountain belts. Species are numerous in the lowlands and foothills. Fungi with colorless spores dominate.
