Embryo development in 8 species of the aphyllose woody fodder sandfixing plants of Kyzylkum desert werestudied. Double fertilization is of praemitotic type. The first division of zygote passing diametrically in consequence form upper (ca) and lower (cb) cells. Then the upper cell divides at first longitudinally, after that diametrically. In embryo formation take part both cells. In C.caput-medusae presence in embryo sac at the same time amphymictic and apomictic embryo were observed. Amphymictic embryo at the spherical stage of development was in the micropylar part of the embryo sac. Aomictic embryo with 8 cells develops in the chalazalpart of the embryo sac.
