The genetic relatedness between Alchemilla L. (Rosaceae) agamospermic microspecies was studied by RAPD analysis. 51 specimens from 12 species were considered. The main features of relationships between microspecies are discussed on the base of genealogical trees constructed. The clades on trees correspond rather well to the Frohner's sections. Some tentative proposals can be made.1. The intermixing of A.acutiloba and A.gracilis specimens in trees allows to unite them in a single species. 2. Frohner's section Plicatae has to be divided into two series in line with suggestions of Rothmaler (1936) and Yuzepchuk(1941). 3. Sections Coriaceae and Decumbentes have to be united. 4. Among Ultravulgaris A.heptagona have to be isolated in a Exuentes series.
