DEFINITION OF PLANT WATER RELATIONS COMPLEXITY

S. N. Sheremetev, Komarov Botanical Institute

We define the plant water relations complexity formally as average determination coefficient for all found out connections between the elements of water relations, and also between these elements and factors of an environment. This term reflects the following semantic basis. In theory of systems it has become common use to consider the ñomplexity of organization of any functional system can be estimated with the help of those connections, which superimpose defined restrictions on a realization of its elements. Than the large number and greater closeness by connections joins the elements of such system, this system especially is complicated (is organized). Disintegration of all connections or their weak appearance show, that the system has turn to such mode of functioning, which is dictated by its constitutional properties and it system undergo by weak action of exterior conditions.
