Said to occur in SE Arizona (Santa Rita Mtns.), SW New Mexico, and Texas (2); and in Sonora, Chihuahua, Sinaloa, Durango, Coahuila, Nuevo León, Zacatecas, San Luis Potosí, Colima and Michoacán, although some authorities attribute these populations to P. strobiformis (1).Big Tree
