Confocal laser scanning microscopy images of centromeres. Chromatin was double-stained with propidium iodide resulting in blue pseudo-color (A, D, G, J, M, P) - in B, E, H, K, N und Q yellow-red pseudocolor of centromeres is visible - C, F, I. L. O and R overlay of both labels
